About the Role Location: Plymouth Care Homes Title: Support Worker Shifts Available: Days/Nights/Weekends Pay: Competitive, with rates up to £13.69 per hour on Sundays and even higher on bank holidays. Requirements: · Passion for Care: A genuine dedication to making a difference. · Experience: Minimum 6 months working experience in the UK and working in Supported Living, Domiciliary Care and Independent Living. · Location: Residing and working in or around Plymouth. · Driving License: A full driving license with access to a car is essential, as you may need to reach shifts quickly or in rural locations. · Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and effective communication skills are a must.
