Cromwell Medical is seeking experienced General Nurses (RGN) to join our team supporting patients within various general nursing departments. This is a hands‑on, highly rewarding role where your clinical expertise, quick thinking, and patient‑focused approach will directly contribute to saving lives. Previous experience in an Accident & Emergency setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities - General Nurse

  • Deliver immediate, safe, and high‑quality nursing care to patients with urgent, acute, or life‑threatening conditions
  • Perform rapid patient assessments and triage, prioritising care based on clinical need
  • Stabilise patients and assist in emergency interventions and resuscitation when required
  • Administer treatments including IV fluids, medications, wound care, and emergency procedures
  • Accurately document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, paramedics, and allied health professionals
  • Maintain a calm, professional approach in a demanding and fast‑moving emergency department environment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in an acute hospital (NHS experience preferred)
  • Up‑to‑date mandatory training (including BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
