Job Title: Head of Compliance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Compliance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 5 years of proven experience in framework compliance and audits within the healthcare staffing industry, particularly in navigating frameworks such as Workforce Alliance, HTE and the private sector. Additionally, the candidate should possess a strong background in managing compliance and maintenance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage compliance processes and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and standards.
- Lead compliance audits, both internal and external, and implement corrective actions as necessary to address any identified issues.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with framework rules and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to staff regarding compliance requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and improve compliance performance across all aspects of the business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and escalations.
- Stay updated on changes and developments within regulatory frameworks and ensure timely adjustments to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of holding high compliance standards and accountability throughout the organization.
