Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced, evidence-based midwifery care across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services
- Ensure safe staffing, effective escalation, and high standards of clinical governance within the unit.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and NHS maternity guidelines
- Participate in leadership duties, including shift coordination and clinical decision-making
Requirements
- NMC Registered Midwife
- Experience working at Band 6 midwifery role
- Strong clinical background across labour ward, antenatal, and postnatal settings
- Right to work in the UK
