Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Monitoring: Constantly observe vital signs, neurological status, and organ function to detect changes quickly.
- Operate ventilators, infusion pumps, dialysis machines, and other critical devices safely.
- Deliver complex drug regimens such as sedatives, vasopressors, and antibiotics with precision.
- Act rapidly in life-threatening situations like cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, or sepsis.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting (NHS experience desirable).
- Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control).
- Right to work in the UK.
