Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Band 6 Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) to join a supportive paediatric team on the beautiful Isle of Man.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced children's nurse looking to work in a rewarding environment while enjoying a fantastic work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, family-centred nursing care to infants, children and young people.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and local policies.
- Monitor patients' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, paediatricians and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Children's Nurse (RCN).
- Minimum of 12 months' post-registration experience within a paediatric setting.
- Previous NHS experience is desirable.
