The Opportunity
We are onboarding experienced Band 5 Community Nurses to support a high-demand community service operating across a 7-day rota. This role is ideal for clinicians who are confident working autonomously in community settings and managing complex patient needs outside of hospital environments.
Core Clinical Responsibilities
You will be expected to independently manage a varied community caseload, including:
- Dressings / Wound management
- Pressure ulcer care
- Catheter (male and female)
- Venepuncture
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking nurses who are:
- Experienced in district/community nursing environments
- Clinically confident working independently in patients' homes
- Competent across a broad range of community-based clinical procedures
- Strong in patient communication and holistic care delivery
Essential Requirements
- Active NMC Registration (Band 5)
- Proven experience within community or district nursing
- Full UK Driving License + access to a vehicle
