Home First South is seeking a dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced community or district nurse to make a meaningful impact while working across our localities.
Role Details
- Location: Stafford, Cannock, Burton, Burntwood, Tamworth, Seisdon
- Schedule: Sunday to Saturday (flexible across the week)
- Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
- Duration: Approx. 12 weeks
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) – NMC Registered
- Experience in District Nursing and/or Community Nursing
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- A compassionate and patient‑centred approach
