What You’ll Do
- Deliver high standards of care to children and young people referred to the service
- Act as a shift coordinator, triaging referrals (urgent, crisis, routine)
- Handle calls from professionals, parents, and guardians regarding mental health concerns
- Conduct face-to-face urgent and routine assessments
- Present cases and outcomes in daily MDT meetings
- Identify appropriate treatment plans, interventions, or discharge pathways
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality documentation
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students
- Work within the Thrive Model and service operational framework

- Active NMC registration (RGN)
- Proven Band 6 experience in community or mental health settings
