Cromwell Hospital, London, is seeking a Compliance & Technical Scheduling Manager to lead the operational delivery of Hard FM services across the hospital and offices. You will work with Estates senior management and engineering teams to ensure compliant, timely maintenance and reporting.
With experience in Planned and Reactive maintenance, you will line manage the Estates administration team, monitor C365 uploads, and drive adherence to SOPs and SLAs, while deputising for the Building Services.
