We are looking for a dedicated Teacher (MPR/UPR + SEN 1 allowance) to join our committed team at at Cromwell School, a Special Needs Seconday School and Sixth Form in Tameside which is part of Kingfisher Learning Trust.

As a class teacher, you will:
- Inspire children by delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences
- Lead a supportive class team, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and able to thrive
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for the pupils
- Contribute to the wider development of the school community, promoting the values and ethos of the Trust and school in everything you do
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for SEN education
- An excellent classroom practitioner who has high expectations for every learner
- Reflective, adaptable and eager to grow through professional development
- Skilled at building positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the wider Trust team
