Cromwell High School is a special school and sixth form for pupils aged 11-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties. We are looking for a welcoming, organised and reliable professional to join our busy administration team. As Attendance & Communications Officer, you will play an important role in supporting pupils, families and staff, with responsibility for attendance, communication, reception and a range of administrative duties.
You will be a key point of contact for parents, carers, visitors and professionals, while maintaining accurate attendance records, and following up absences. The role also includes supporting school communications, newsletters, events and website updates.
Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8.20am-4.25pm, Term Time only plus 1 week.
We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with others, highly organised, able to work effectively under pressure and committed to safeguarding and supporting children and young people.
