This role will be a hybrid role between Head Office, Branches and Home Working.
Purpose of Role
You will be joining the marketing team whose remit spans ownership of our brand, creative & media production and all marketing aspects of customer acquisition, development & retention. In this role, you will be accountable for leading the end to end planning, co-ordination & execution of all multi-channel marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle within the UK business. Driving business growth through demonstrable ability and foresight to adapt, adopt, innovate, and explore new ideas to make customers' lives easier, helping us win and maintain competitive advantage will be at the forefront of your thought processes. This role is critical to the achievement of delivering strategic & tactical campaigns through ideation & design thinking sessions, documentation preparation, stakeholder communication and management updates. Building relationships cross functionally is a key aspect of the role as you will act as the conduit between marketing and all other functional teams involved in the campaign lifecycle.
Role Responsibilities
- Build a clearly defined process for developing campaigns, from strategic plans to briefing, execution, measurement and sharing learning.
- Co-ordinate the planning, scheduling, executing, and tracking of all marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Lead a cross functional team to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns on time to plan, driving campaign success & delivering ROI.
- Develop quick turnaround of providing practical recommendations to new challenges and changing priorities, based on data / insight to inform decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Manage stakeholders and influence without authority, thinking proactively and functioning independently.
- Ability to multi-task and own multiple campaigns at any one time.
- Build & manage effective relationships with internal colleagues & external partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns, creating competitive advantage.
- Ensure brand consistency and consistent tone of voice is evident throughout all campaigns.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and co-ordinating the creation of comprehensive reports.
- Schedule & facilitate campaign review sessions to receive feedback and create regular improvements to strategies / processes.
- Communicate and present plans, barriers, successes, learnings & results to senior leaders.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Experience managing the full end to end process of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Exceptional project management, planning and organisation skills.
- Experience presenting objectives, concepts, activity plans, metrics and progress to goal to senior level stakeholders.
- Experience working as part of a cross functional team with remote colleagues.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Co-ordinating all communication within a campaign to achieve a consistent look & feel, adhering to our brand guidelines.
- Ability to problem solve & provide innovative ideas to develop process.
- Being customer centric & understanding our customer needs, delivering the right product & on time.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products to a high standard, with Excel being an essential.
- High attention to detail required with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and demonstrate flexibility & adaptability.
