Cromwell is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the delivery of accurate financial reporting and to develop a high-performing accounting team. The role combines hands-on accounting with people leadership, owning month-end close and strengthening controls and processes across the function.

You will partner with FP&A, data and systems teams and business stakeholders to simplify, standardise and automate accounting processes, while driving improvements and delivering high-quality financial.
