We are looking for a Customer Envoy. Our Envoys are the face of our business as they travel around their area delivering products whilst maintaining customer relationships. We have 41 branch locations across the UK, as well as across Europe and Asia, which help our customers by ensuring we deliver over 98% of orders next day. And our vending solutions provide customers with access to our products on-site and at a moment’s notice.
Our dedicated team of Customer Envoys and Warehouse People work hard to ensure our operations run smoothly from Monday to Friday, 52 weeks a year – helping us put our customers front and centre in everything we do.
What will you do on a normal day?
- Deliver parcels and handle returns within a specific geographical area
- Load, unload, prepare and operate a delivery vehicle
- Identify and visit new customers whilst increasing existing customer spend
- Support the branch warehouse by undertaking any reasonable duties from time to time, including periodic stocktakes.
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify and progress opportunities
- Restocking vending machines and cupboards
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who has the passion and drive to succeed as an individual while having a proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills. You should enjoy talking to customers and building relationships as well as working as one team and supporting other branch locations within your region as required.
A driving license is required for this role.
