Our client, a leading organisation within the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for an experienced PowerApps Developer / Lead to support an ongoing digital transformation programme, with Microsoft Power Platform at the centre of the initiative. This role will focus on developing user‑centred PowerApps solutions, automating business processes through Power Automate, and supporting governance and best practice across the wider Power Platform environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver PowerApps and Power Platform solutions across the business
  • Build automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Support and guide internal citizen developers
  • Provide governance and best practice across the Power Platform estate
  • Run workshops and awareness sessions for internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform
  • Experience with Power Automate, Office 365 and mobile application development
  • Ability to translate business requirements into achievable technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience supporting or mentoring internal users/developers
  • Previous experience within rail, transport or regulated environments would be advantageous

Hybrid working (London) Initial contract with strong extension potential.
