We are supporting a major UK public sector digital transformation programme seeking two Senior Oracle Fusion Developers to join an established Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role will suit an experienced Oracle Fusion specialist with strong technical expertise across HCM modules and integrations, combined with experience supporting live enterprise systems.
Role Overview
You will provide technical expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud, supporting development, configuration, incident resolution, and platform optimisation. The role involves working closely with technical teams and third-party partners to maintain system stability and support ongoing releases. The position includes involvement across L2 and L3 support activities, platform configuration, and deployment support within a large and complex programme environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist expertise across Oracle Fusion modules, particularly HCM
- Manage workload within the delivery team and contribute technical leadership where required
- Investigate and resolve L2 and L3 incidents within the Oracle Fusion platform
- Work collaboratively with third-party vendors and technical teams to resolve issues
- Maintain and update configuration management and knowledge documentation
- Support release management and deployment activities
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of system integrations and platform performance
