Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Trainee Locksmith based in Brighton. Responsibilities include:

  • Key Cutting
  • Assisting with installing and repairing locks
  • Conducting routine maintenance
  • Performing locksmithing tasks under supervision
  • Learning and applying skills in millwork, welding, and other repair and maintenance-related activities

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in a professional and supportive environment. You will also spend time on the road with our engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Foundational understanding or a willingness to learn Locksmithing practices and techniques
  • Familiarity with basic Maintenance and Repair work
  • Knowledge of or interest in Welding and metalwork processes
  • Skills or experience in Millwork and related tasks
  • Ability to work diligently on-site and adapt to various technical challenges
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and engage in professional training
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally, if required
