Act as a visible, customer-focused professional, proactively greeting and welcoming all clients, guests and visitors to deliver a consistently first-class experience. Manage the complete visitor journey, including check-in procedures, coordinating access, security passes and directing visitors appropriately. Serve as the primary point of contact for Executive Assistants and key stakeholders regarding customer suite usage, ensuring comfort, readiness and satisfaction.
Oversee meeting room bookings within the customer suite, ensuring availability, correct setup and operational readiness for meetings and events. Prepare and support meeting spaces, including refreshments, catering, technology and product requirements. Maintain immaculate reception and customer suite areas, conducting daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality and adherence to brand standards.
Deliver a high level of concierge service, maintaining strong local area knowledge and proactively anticipating client and visitor needs. Handle incoming enquiries efficiently, including emails, and direct requests to the appropriate teams. Maintain office security and a safe environment by following access control and sign-in/out procedures, monitoring logbooks, interacting with CCTV where required and maintaining high security awareness.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including keeping fire exits clear and promptly reporting any issues. Coordinate landlord and contractor access. Carry out internal and external patrols where required. Provide administrative support, including incident report writing. Support the Office Manager with day-to-day operational requirements and ad-hoc tasks. Hold or complete First Aid training as required.

A keen interest and high level of systems/technology and computer skills would be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels. Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail. Confidence and common sense to access and utilise expert resources when making decisions. Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times. Computer literate with good email etiquette. The use of concierge and Microsoft systems is an advantage. Have a high level of security awareness. Valid SIA licence required. 5 years of continuous work employment history without gaps and verifiable work history.
This amazing opportunity operates on a Full Time contract working Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 – 45 hours per week @ £16.50 per hour and will be based at Battersea.
