Croma Fire and Security is looking for a Trainee Sales Estimator to join our team. This is an entry level position, so previous experience in the fire and security industry is not required but an interest or qualification in engineering would be advantageous. We will provide full training. What matters most is a positive attitude, good computer skills, and confidence when speaking to people on the telephone.

About the Role- All enquiries are warm and inbound – no cold calling
- Speaking with customers who have already contacted us about our services
- Learning how to specify fire and security systems to suit customer requirements
- Using our software to prepare quotations and pricing
- Working closely with experienced colleagues who will support your training
- Gaining knowledge of industry standards, products and system types over time
- Friendly and confident communicator, especially on the telephone
