Croma Fire Security, part of Croma Security Solutions Group, is a national provider of high-quality security and life-safety solutions. We are seeking an experienced industrial door engineer to service, repair and install all types of industrial and automatic door equipment predominantly within Hampshire.
Requirements:
- Clean UK driving license
- Knowledge of servicing, repairing, and installing industrial, automatic, and pedestrian doors
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, face to face with clients
- Good understanding of health and safety and the ability to work to Health and Safety legislation
- Electrical qualification desirable
- Automatic door experience desirable
- Access Control desirable
- Required experience: Industrial door: 2+ years; Automatic door experience: 2+ years
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial doors and related equipment in various settings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including holding a valid CSCS card.
- Utilize effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Drive to job sites as required, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance of doors.
