Hours: 5 hours per week (over 1-2 days), term time only (38 weeks)

Salary: BR6 Scale (Points 17-21)

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Additional Resource Provision (ARP), supporting pupils with EHCPs. Working closely with the ARP Manager and teaching team, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the provision, ensuring effective coordination of SEN processes and maintaining accurate pupil records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing confidential pupil data and maintaining the ARP SEN register
  • Coordinating EHCP Annual Reviews, including organising meetings, collating reports and taking minutes
  • Acting as a central point of contact for parents, staff and external agencies
  • Providing administrative support, including diary management, correspondence and inbox monitoring
  • Supporting pupil record management and transitions between settings

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism. Knowledge of SEN processes and safeguarding requirements would be advantageous.
