Crofton Engineering are looking to strengthen our Office team with a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator located at their office in Linton. Job Description * Formulate and submit monthly valuations. * Detailed pricing and substantiation of contract variations. * Update Monthly forecast and actuals figures. * Monitoring progress of projects and issuing of notices as required. * Reviewing monthly payment notices and responding where required * Attend client meetings to agree valuations/Final Accounts. * Manual take-offs of structural steelwork. * Calculating design, manufacture and site periods for costings. * Produce detailed quotations for submission to clients. 42.5 hours per week Training Requirements * Minimum 5 year’s trade specific experience. * Good knowledge of JCT & NEC Contracts. * Current driver’s licence and access to own transport due to site location.
