Crofton Academy is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our inclusive team. You will work with the SENCo to support pupils with a range of needs, providing 1:1 and small-group support, personal care where needed, and help with engaging learning activities in and outside the classroom.

The role focuses on safeguarding, teamwork, and promoting pupil wellbeing within a supportive mainstream school environment. 38 weeks term-time only.
