Crofton Academy is recruiting for an Inclusion Mentor to work alongside the Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour & Attitudes, SENCO and Year Leader Team. This is an excellent opportunity to support and challenge our young people and their families to improve behaviour and wellbeing across the Academy.

The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour & Attitudes, you will assist our young people in overcoming barriers to learning using a range of techniques to focus on the academic, social and emotional wellbeing of pupils requiring additional support. You will maintain liaison between home and the Academy and work from 08:15 to 15:15 on term‑time days.
