Crofton Academy is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive school community in Crofton, England. You will work with pupils with a range of needs, provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist with personal care, and help learners engage with activities inside and outside the classroom.

You will collaborate with the SENCo and staff to monitor progress, contribute to individual education plans, and uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards throughout the school.
