Croft Primary School is a large primary school (number on roll 337) situated in the centre of Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
Hours: Part time 35.00 hrs Monday - Friday (8.00 am - 4.00 pm with one hour for lunch) term time only
Croft Primary School Governors are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a commitment to delivering a high standard of administrative support as part of a strong and busy team.
The successful candidate will be based on our busy reception desk, excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills along with an appreciation of the importance of confidentiality and the safeguarding of our children are essential. The ability to work accurately and under pressure, while managing a varied workload which meets the everchanging needs of the school environment. Excellent communication skills with both adults and children are also essential.
You will need to be proactive and able to work on your own initiative whilst being part of a wider team.
Previous school administration experience, with some knowledge of school systems, Arbor and FMS6 would be advantageous however training will be given.
