Key Responsibilities – Sous Chef Position at The Discovery

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Head Chef to produce outstanding dishes across all meal services – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special occasions
  • Champion consistent kitchen standards for preparation, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Train, motivate, and support junior chefs to ensure smooth service and a positive team culture
  • Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising food waste
