The Philharmonic is a go-to destination for foodies, sports enthusiasts, and night owls alike.

We are currently seeking an experienced chef, who is enthusiastic and driven, to help lead our team here at Croeso pubs.

What\’s the Role?

As a chef, you will work closely with the head chef in overseeing the entire kitchen operation. You will assist in supervising your team and coordinating the delivery of food in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen
• Be committed to delivering first-class service
• Have good operational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Adhere to health and safety, COSHH practices at all times
• Be competent and confident in training new staff
