We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer & Booking Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple sites and online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing bookings, responding to inquiries, and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking Management: Efficiently manage bookings for multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and maximising occupancy.
  • Email Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries across multiple email accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Social Media Engagement: Manage and respond to messages and comments across various social media platforms, fostering positive engagement.
  • Telephone Communication: Answer incoming calls, providing information and resolving queries effectively.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers after their bookings to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews, maintaining a positive online presence.
  • Event Coordination: Stay informed about local events and update our event calendar to enhance customer experience.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Friendly, confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple email accounts and social media platforms.
  • Experience with booking systems or CRM software is highly desirable.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Typical Working Hours:

Wednesday – Sunday.

9am – 5pm.
