As a Glass Collector at The Philharmonic, you play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer experiences in one of Cardiff’s most iconic venues. You’ll keep the heart of our bar running smoothly during busy evenings, major sporting events, and live gigs. Main Responsibilities – Glass Collection, Bar Support & Customer Service

  • Collect empty glasses, bottles, and tableware from our trading areas to maintain cleanliness and safety at all times.
  • Ensure all glassware is returned to the bar or kitchen ready for cleaning and restock shelves with fresh, clean glasses.
  • Support the bar team by restocking products, ice, and other essentials when necessary.
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables as required, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Engage positively with guests, answering questions and helping to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work flexibly as a bar back during peak service as part of our team, always maintaining top hygiene standards.
