What\’s the Role?

Pretty much what you’d expect from a buzzing venue like ours:

Pouring drinks like a pro
Running a smooth till
Working the floor where needed – glass collecting, food service, and restocking
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Assistant managers to develop and maintain high standards of service and beverage quality.
Assist in managing bar staff, including training.
Ensure efficient bar operations.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for our bar team.
Oversee and participate in the preparation of cocktails and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
Contribute to the development of new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as Supervisor or in a similar role.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and beverage service.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Essential Information

Pay starts at £13 per hour with increases after successful completion of training
Full-Time hours
Shifts across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
50% Staff discounts
