Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant managers to develop and maintain high standards of service and beverage quality.
- Assist in managing bar staff, including training.
- Ensure efficient bar operations.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for our bar team.
- Oversee and participate in the preparation of cocktails and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Contribute to the development of new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and beverage service.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
