About the Role of Head Chef

We're looking for a chef who can balance creativity with consistency - someone who loves seasonal cooking, can manage a busy fresh-food kitchen, and enjoys developing a team. You'll have the freedom to shape weekly specials, influence menu development, and work with quality local suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading a fresh-food kitchen with high standards and a positive culture
  • Delivering consistent quality across lunch, dinner, and Sunday service
  • Creating weekly specials and contributing to seasonal menu changes
