Saturday Bartender
The Philharmonic Cardiff
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable bartender to join our team. Saturday is the main shift for this role, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during the week when available.
Hours: Around 12 hours on Saturdays, with extra shifts available
Pay: National Minimum Wage, based on age
What you’ll do

Serve drinks quickly and responsibly, while giving customers a warm welcome.

Take orders and handle payments accurately.

Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised.

Follow licensing, age-verification and responsible-service procedures.

Work with the wider team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
What we’re looking for

A positive, approachable attitude and good customer-service skills.

Reliability and punctuality, especially for Saturday shifts.

Confidence working as part of a busy team.

Flexibility to pick up extra shifts when available.

Previous bar experience is helpful, but training can be provided.
