We are passionate about developing new technologies to shape and inspire change within a growing marketplace. We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Controller to join our European finance team at Cowick.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing and paying supplier invoices in SAP efficiently and accurately.
• Managing and scanning incoming invoices into our integrated system.
• Ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records of business debts.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a busy environment with good prioritization skills.
• Purchase Ledger or finance experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade suppliers and departments.
• Problem-solving skills, especially around invoice errors.
• GCSEs including grades C in Maths and English.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, and overseas transactions is desirable but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with UK and overseas sites.
• Processing invoices and resolving queries.
• Preparing supplier payments and reconciling statements.
• Improving AP processes and controls.
• Participating in regular meetings and reporting.
• Supporting other tasks as needed.
