As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Product Assurance Coordinator to join our Product Assurance Department (PAD) at Cowick on a temporary, fixed-term contract for 18 months. This team provides global customers with product and regulatory information to support the markets and regions they are used in. This role provides an interface between sales, regulatory teams and manufacturing sites. It is a pivotal function for sharing and maintaining product information across Croda which secures our ongoing success. The role involves evaluating customer enquiries, researching and assimilating information, preparing statements and completing questionnaires in response to customer requirements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Educated to degree level within a scientific discipline (or with relevant experience).
- You will be a strong team player capable of building effective working relationships across functions within the company.
- You must have the ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment as well as being able to prioritise your workload effectively.
- You will possess excellent written and spoken communication skills and be well organised.
- You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail and an openness to continuous improvement.
- Experience/awareness of SAP, Document control, Microsoft packages or other online internal or external systems is desirable but not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Collating and creating appropriate responses to our customer needs for product information for all market sectors, considering appropriateness and relevance of response to elevate Croda products in the market place and enable customer use.
- Build knowledge of Croda Portfolio and associated customer demand, monitoring and evaluating how we meet this and looking for opportunity for continuous improvement initiatives to evolve departmental service.
- Participate in deployment of systems being introduced to provide platforms to transform our organisational approach to data.
- Managing product data to ensure validity and consistency.
