We are passionate about developing new technologies to shape and inspire change within a growing marketplace. We are seeking a Product Assurance Coordinator to join our Product Assurance Department (PAD) at Cowick on a temporary, fixed-term contract for 18 months.

This team provides global customers with product and regulatory information to support various markets and regions. The role acts as an interface between sales, regulatory teams, and manufacturing sites, ensuring the sharing and maintenance of product information across Croda, which is vital for our success. Responsibilities include evaluating customer inquiries, researching information, preparing statements, and completing questionnaires to meet customer requirements.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Educated to degree level in a scientific discipline or with relevant experience
  • A strong team player capable of building effective relationships across functions
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and judgment, and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and openness to continuous improvement
  • Experience with SAP, Document control, Microsoft packages, or other systems is desirable but not essential

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer needs for product information across market sectors, ensuring responses are appropriate and relevant to promote Croda products and support customer use
  • Building knowledge of Croda’s portfolio and customer demand, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities
  • Participating in system deployments to improve data management
  • Managing product data to ensure accuracy and consistency
