Partner with regional commercial, marketing and R&D teams to support the design and delivery of pricing initiatives, ensuring global standards are applied while accommodating regional market dynamics. Identify, capture and prioritise pricing‐related continuous improvement opportunities, driving adoption and scaling of best practices across regions and business units. Establish and govern global pricing policies, playbooks and frameworks, ensuring consistency, compliance and clarity across the organisation. Act as a point of escalation and mediation across regions on pricing topics, balancing commercial needs with global standards and ensuring alignment. Support the delivery of the broader commercial excellence transformation programme, including reporting on progress, risks, opportunities, performance metrics and value delivery. Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, R&D and IT to ensure pricing is embedded within broader commercial processes, digital systems and capability initiatives. Drive the adoption of pricing tools, analytics platforms and digital solutions, including AI‐enabled capabilities, to enhance efficiency and insight generation. Build pricing capability across the organisation through training, coaching and structured learning, embedding a sustainable pricing culture.
