Croda is seeking a Regional OD Partner to collaborate with regional leaders, HRDs and central teams to build capability and readiness and embed transformation activities regionally. You will drive practical capability building and leadership coaching to ensure adoption across functions.
You’ll lead Leading Through Change workshops, facilitate leadership conversations, and develop regional capability plans aligned with transformation milestones.
