Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator at our head office, Cowick Hall, in East Yorkshire on a temporary, fixed-term contract until September 2026.
You will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Export Customer Relationship Team.
Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for booking orders for free of charge product samples to external and internal customers
- Liaising with manufacturing sites/warehouses to obtain information relating to sample stock availability and sample order tracking details
- Extracting and distributing reports from the SAP system
- Monitoring a shared inbox, and distributing work to other team members
- Other ad-hoc duties as required, to facilitate the work of the Customer Relationship Coordinators
Qualifications
- You will have excellent communication skills, capable of building effective working relationships and working well as part of a team.
- You must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure work is produced to a high standard and communications and arrangements are accurate.
- Good planning and organisation skills are required
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths at grades C or above
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
- SAP user experience (desirable but not essential)
- RSA/NVQ/Admin Qualification preferable (desirable but not essential)
