Croda is running a 2‑year transformation programme to deliver £200m growth and efficiency benefits, which is highly complex, global and touches nearly all parts of the organisation. We’re looking for a Regional OD Partner to partner with leaders across the region to build capability, increase readiness, drive behavioural adoption and embed transformation activity. This role will help ensure leaders and employees are equipped, engaged and ready to adopt change through structured capability building, leadership coaching and change network enablement.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An experienced OD, change, learning or transformation professional who can build leadership confidence and organisational readiness through practical capability building.
- A credible coach and facilitator, comfortable supporting leaders and managers to lead change, prepare their teams and embed new ways of working.
- Someone who can identify regional capability gaps, translate transformation priorities into pragmatic action plans and support readiness ahead of key releases and milestones.
- A collaborative partner who can work effectively with regional leaders, HRDs, initiative leads, the central team and Regional Change.
