The newly created role will be responsible for organising and facilitating the timely and accurate delivery of UK & IE customer orders, with a strong customer‑centric focus.

Who We’re Looking For

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • SAP experience is desirable but not essential
  • Extensive experience in shipping and/or logistics
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight/competing deadlines
  • Strong teamwork skills, collaboratively effectively to streamline and standardise processes

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and organise UK & IE customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Act as the key link between Customer Care and the 3PL logistics provider, ensuring smooth order fulfilment
  • Build shipments in line with customer‑specific requirements, SLAs and potential customs regulations
  • Manage delivery issues, escalations, returns and credit‑blocked orders to minimise customer impact
  • Maintain accurate system data and support continuous improvement of order fulfilment processes
  • Support during cover periods of the current Customer Care team
