As we deliver our ambitious2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Group Sustainability Analyst to joinour Sustainable Sourcing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoyscollaborating across functions, engaging with stakeholders globally, andleveraging data and digital solutions to support sustainable supply chainperformance.
You will play akey role in embedding sustainable supplier and raw material onboardingactivities across our global supply chain. Working closely with Procurement andother key stakeholders, you will help ensure high-quality supplier and rawmaterial data is captured within our digital systems. By supporting thecontinuous improvement of supply chain data and processes, you will contributeto greater transparency, informed decision-making, and the delivery of oursustainable sourcing commitments, including our Science Based Targetsinitiative (SBTi) goals.
You will alsocontribute to external industry initiatives, such as Together forSustainability (TfS), helping to improve sustainable procurement practices andcollaborate with partners across the wider supply chain to drive positiveindustry-wide impact.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and build relationships across global teams.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, and supply chain transformation.
- Previous experience (through employment, placement year, internship, or university projects) in sustainability, procurement, supply chain, data management, or project coordination.
- Knowledge of sustainable procurement, supplier engagement, or supply chain sustainability principles is desirable but not essential.
- Experience developing or delivering training or supporting stakeholder engagement activities is desirable but not essential.
- Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in digital systems, process optimisation, and data quality is desirable but not essential.
- Awareness of sustainabilityframeworks and initiatives such as the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi),Together for Sustainability (TfS), EcoVadis, CDP, or similar programmes isdesirable but not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate a global supplier and raw material onboarding platform, collaborating with our global manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and compliant onboarding of suppliers and materials.
- Identify opportunities to enhance digital systems, supporting the effective collection, management, and reporting of supplier and raw material data.
- Develop and deliver training and ongoing support for internal stakeholders, driving engagement and ensuring consistent adoption of onboarding processes and best practices.
- Engage with manufacturing sites to ensure the timely collection, validation, and submission of accurate data.
- Support the development & maintenance of our supplier sustainability scorecards, helping to monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement against sustainability objectives.
- Support the management of external sustainability partnerships, including Together for Sustainability (TfS), promoting awareness, collaboration, and engagement across the business.
