As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team to ensure that our accounts are managed effectively to allow the successful operation and growth of our business.

- Proven knowledge and 5+ years experience working in a credit control department.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building effective working/customer relationships.
- Attention to detail to ensure work is produced to a high standard and communications/notes are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Good planning and organisation skills required, as is self‑motivation to ensure tasks are completed by deadlines set.
- Ability to manage and resolve queries.
- A flexible ‘can‑do’ attitude with a willingness to learn, develop and adapt to change as business processes/systems evolve.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Credit Management or other Finance qualification (e.g. AAT).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Effective cash collections (emails/calls/customer relationships) to minimise overdue balances.
- Liaising with internal teams to find solutions for late payments and order/deliveries blocks.
- Credit checking new customers and performing ongoing reviews for existing customers.
- Proposing (obtaining approval) and maintaining accurate credit limits and payment terms.
- Following Credit Policy, working instructions and other Company Policies.
- Assisting with month‑end reporting and other ad‑hoc requests.
- As part of a team, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Working with multiple legal entities and colleagues based in the EMEA region.
- Communicating daily with customers/internal colleagues via MS TEAMS/Video calls.
