As our In-House Pensions Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of our pension operations ensuring accurate record-keeping, supporting member queries, liaising with trustees and 3rd parties, and helping maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with HR and external parties to ensure our employees receive a high-quality, responsive pension service.

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of pension administration (in-house or third-party)
  • Knowledge of UK pension legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a member-focused approach
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data
  • Logical approach to problem-solving, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • A willingness to learn with a can-do attitude

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Administer day-to-day pension scheme and pension payroll activities
  • Respond to member queries professionally and efficiently
  • Perform and verify both automated and manual calculations with support of the pension team
  • Maintain accurate pension records and documentation
  • Liaise with trustees, actuaries, and external providers
  • Assist with pension audits and scheme reviews
  • Ensure compliance with current pensions legislation
