As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for an HR Technology Transformation Specialist to work alongside our People Data and Technology Lead within our Global HR Transformation programme.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a HR technology implementation professional who can provide close, trusted support to the People Data and Technology Lead across governance, data, and process workstreams. You will bring:

  • Strong working understanding of data protection principles (GDPR) as applied to HR systems, including DPIAs
  • Comfort working with data quality, integration architecture, and system dependencies without needing deep technical ownership
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to track multiple concurrent workstreams to closure
  • A collaborative, "get things moving" mindset: comfortable chasing, coordinating, and unblocking rather than directing
  • Experience working in matrixed, multinational environments, building relationships across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
  • Ability to operate with discretion given exposure to sensitive data protection and governance matters
  • Strong written communication, able to produce clear trackers, status updates, and briefing notes for senior stakeholders

What You’ll Be Doing:

Governance Support

  • Support the programme lead in maintaining Quality Gate discipline: help track items against the change control boundary and flag anything that looks like scope creep
  • Track DPIA action items to closure and chase owners on outstanding sections (AI addendum, intra-group data transfer agreements, privacy notice updates, DSAR process ownership)
  • Provide input into Works Council consultations across relevant European jurisdictions
  • Maintain governance trackers and documentation for the Hypercare/BAU framework

Data and Integration Support

  • Support data quality remediation activity by maintaining exception logs and following up with relevant owners
  • Assist with tracking legacy system archiving scoping, ensuring dependencies are visible and not missed
  • Help monitor personal contact data completeness across the 38-country footprint, liaising with SMEs to ensure process alignment
  • Support data quality sign-off checklists per migration wave
  • Oversee system integration implementation including dependency map across connected systems
  • Support legacy system data archiving across the full migration scope, not limited to payroll data

Process Support

  • Support the HR Policy Transformation workstream by maintaining the policy inventory tracker and following up with policy owners
  • Document process workflows and dependencies so the wider team has visibility without needing to ask

Go-Live Coordination

  • Support cutover schedule tracking, keeping the plan current against HR calendar constraints
  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics of SSO testing and rollout: scheduling, issue logging, and communications drafting
  • Coordinate mobile app rollout logistics: sequencing, user communications, and query triage
  • Help manage the change freeze process: maintain the freeze calendar, log exception requests, and flag them to the Global HR Transformation Programme Manager for decision

Location: Remote

Start date: Immediate

Contract end date: End of 2027 (flexible)
