Overview
What You'll Do
- Drive the strategic growth vision and wholesale strategy for the UK & Ireland, sharing progress and vision with EMEA and global executive leadership.
- Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing team of five direct reports, setting seasonal goals and fostering a "People-First" coaching culture.
- Communicate and partner across a matrixed global organization (Americas, Asia, and EMEA) to align on strategic sales initiatives and brand consistency.
- Maintain deep partnerships with Digital and Distributor leaders to ensure unified brand execution and market health.
- Track and drive channel profitability by partnering with Finance, Operations, and Logistics to optimize key KPIs and segment productivity.
- Innovate account planning systems and operating tools to optimize inventory, demand planning, and growth for the top 3 UK strategic accounts.
- Achieve commercial objectives by planning and implementing cross-functional projects that support the "Global 20" focus customers.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of relevant experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Leadership roles.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
- Background knowledge and deep experience of the UK wholesale environment and its key customers.
- Strong understanding of navigating a complex matrix organization through successful partnership and relationship building.
- Highly skilled communicator and presenter, with the ability to influence mid-to-senior level stakeholders and C-Suite leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a "people-first" leader with a track record of developing and coaching high-performing, engaged teams.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and work effectively as a self-starter in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
