We are expanding our sales team and are looking for driven, confident, people-focused sales representatives to work on client event campaigns across the UK. You will engage directly with customers on behalf of client campaigns at exhibition centres, events, and shopping malls, representing established FMCG subscription-based companies and introducing promotional offers to consumers. This role suits individuals with high energy, enjoy in-person sales, appreciate flexible working, and performance-based earnings.
The Role
- Face-to-Face engagement with consumers at events
- Presenting subscription/ promotional offers clearly and professionally
- Building rapport and handling objections confidently
- Working locally or travelling to UK events (depending on preference)
Earnings & Structure
- Indicative earning potential: £30,000–£50,000+ OTE per annum (performance-dependent)
- Active representatives commonly earn far more
- Uncapped commission (the more you sell, the more you earn)
Working Options
- Self-employed (freelance) positions available immediately
- Separate PAYE opportunities may be available for suitable candidates, subject to business needs.
