We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business & Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and effective running of Carroty Wood’s administrative and business support functions.

This is a key leadership role, ensuring excellence across bookings administration, commercial operations, and customer experience, while supporting the Centre Director and Leadership Team to deliver the Centre’s strategic and missional goals.

You will lead and supervise the bookings administration team, ensuring smooth processing of bookings, accurate coordination of catering and activities, and effective communication with guests and staff teams. You will contribute to the Centre’s business growth through involvement in pricing strategies, marketing collaboration, and sales initiatives, as well as overseeing key operational systems, purchasing, and financial processes.

As an active member of the Centre Leadership Team (CLT), you’ll help shape commercial and strategic decisions, contributing to the wider mission of Rock UK.

Qualifications / Requirements

Motivated by your Christian faith, you will be able to clearly and respectfully communicate Rock UK’s Christian ethos, mission and values to staff and guests of all faiths and none. You’ll model servant leadership, demonstrate a customer-centred mindset, and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting processes.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A mature, practising Christian faith and commitment to Rock UK’s ethos and mission.
